Teri, isn’t aging a bitch, though?! It feels somehow that being no longer occupied is massively occupying, I’m so busy! Thankfully, no special adjustments to the vehicle … yet. But I imagine you’re used to that, also. Glad that cute Cora and Wesa keep you company — I agree with Ann: they’re a feature!. On the search for a long-term care facility front, we have stalled. We certainly can’t afford to do that here. Cheaper in Oregon where a son lives. Maybe could live on his property in the beautiful forest and hire a full-time carer. It would be a lot more affordable. But isolated. The loss of old friends, the great medical care, the love of the only home we’ve owned and our neighbors, my writing club: these are attachments that will kerp here until just before we can’t. (Well, that’s not really a plan, is it!)

Thank you Teri, I enjoyed reading this and seeing the photo of your cats. Your posts are always full of practical interest and good humour. The epistolatory experiment gets a thumbs up from me!
