Thank you for your hard work in this field. My older brother was extremely mentally disabled but somehow managed to graduate from high school and even take a few junior college courses in mathematics and finance. I have much empathy for these students who need our support. 🤗
Thanks , David. You have been very encouraging from the beginning and I appreciate it and you very much. I am also so jealous about your arrangement to spend lots of time with the adorable doggies. Keep posting those pics! ❤️
Oh thank you for all you’re doing! It resonates deeply with me because my “bff”, whom I met in college, is “legally blind”, vision less than 20/200, and she married a man who was paraplegic. He died a few years ago and she is now in a nursing home. They were both brilliant academically. He got a degree from Ohio State in computer science, and she got a degree in music education from University of Cincinnati music conservatory. They both had good careers, he in computers and she as a music therapist at Cincinnati Children’s hospital for decades. With enough help, financial and otherwise, they had amazing careers in which they did so much good and helped others.

One of my overarching goals is to increase peoples’ understanding of the world of disability in order to foster empathy and decrease stigma. 👍
A worthy goal 🤗
Thank you very much for publishing this and for everything you do in this space
